LEGAL SERVICES
The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified legal
entities licensed in the state of Mississippi to provide various professional legal services.
Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi
Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Proposals
may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA
prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority,
330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the
sealed Proposal Envelope or Package: "RFP#LS04.26 LEGAL SERVICES " and the
Proposer's name. Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing a request to the
following: info@biloxihousing.org. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments to
proposals will be accepted. No proposal will be received after the deadline. The Award
will be made using the best value approach and to a firm or pool of firms. Biloxi Housing
