PRON: D15H0825D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy Firm Fixed price contract, a quantity of 25 each of MOTOR ALTERNATING CURRENTME, NSN: 6105-01-172-7306, Part Number: 11463228, in support of the M-D6 Patriot Missile Weapon System.
This is a 100% small business set aside procurement. Only offers from small businesses will be accepted.
Production Lead Time (PLT) with Government First Article Testing (FAT) is 1 each, 390 Days After Contract Award (DACA), with 15 additional days for FAT and review with deliveries to REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL 35898-5000. The FAT sample shall be consumed or destroyed in testing.
The Government owns the drawings and can provide them, at the time of solicitation, to any offeror who has an active JCP.
Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This solicitation will not close and may be posted prior to the synopsis closing date stated above. The solicitation shall be open for a minimum of 30 days from the date it is published.
