2025-06 Organizational Assessment and Efficiency Review of the Wilton Manors Police Department

The City of Wilton Manors, Florida (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms or project teams with demonstrated experience in law enforcement management, public safety operations, and organizational analysis hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, to conduct an independent Organizational Assessment and Efficiency Review of its Police Department. The goal of this review is to evaluate the department's operations, organizational structure, effectiveness, and resource utilization with the intent of identifying areas for improved excellence, enhancing performance, improving public safety outcomes, and ensuring efficient use of City resources. The review should focus on locating opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, organizational alignment, and efficiency enhancements to ensure the department is meeting its mission and the City's needs.
