Project Description: Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”) is seeking proposals from qualified law firms with at least 8 years of experience in numerous areas, including general civil liability defense, insurance coverage matters, and labor and employee claims. Qualified law firms may apply for consideration in one or more areas. Selected firms/attorneys will be expected to defend, litigate and provide legal advice, counsel, services, consultation, and opinions to ECMCC in these specific areas.
