This is a Pre-solicitation Notice only. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) and does not constitute a commitment by the Government to award a contract now or in the future. The U.S. Government intends to issue a formal solicitation on or about July 2025 for the following requirement: Description of work: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and any other resources necessary to perform the required work to construct/install an interim Dining Facility (DFAC) for 2CAB on USAG Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The complete details of this requirement including specifications, drawings, SOW, and any other applicable attachments will be issued with the solicitation. Note: -The complete Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, drawings, and any applicable attachments will be provided with the Request for Proposal (RFP) when it is released. -This notice is provided for informational purposes only. -Responses to this notice are not required and may not be answered.
