Tenders to renovate a single family dwelling in Sandy Bay SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Saskatoon City Time, Tuesday, October 29th, 2024.
Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.
Description of the Work: Extensive renovating, upgrading to single family dwelling.
Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

Bidders are required to attend a Mandatory site review meeting in Sandy Bay Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, at 2:00p.m. Contact Housing Inspector Brad Sander at 1.306.961.1899 for directions as no street signs.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
