Peace Wapiti Public School Division

This Request for Proposal No. 2025-03 (referred to as the "Request") is to invite experienced and qualified suppliers to submit detailed proposals for the supply, support, and service of PC workstations in accordance with the terms and conditions contained within this document. The objective is to maximize the benefit to the involved School Divisions while offering a fair and equitable opportunity for vendors. We are seeking workstations (requirements are indicated in SCHEDULE ‘C’ CURRENT AND REQUESTED COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS) for the following school divisions (referred to as ‘Purchasing Group)’. This RFP is for a one year duration with up to two(2) additional extensions of one(1) year each if all parties agree. The contract begin date and end date fields are not representative of the spirit of this RFP. If you have questions about that please direct them towards the purchasing group.
