Description of Work:

The IM/IT Security division of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) IT Security is seeking consulting services under the TBIPS Category – C.9 Information Technology Security Systems Operator - Level 3

The Security Operations Center (SOC) function primarily focuses on the identification, investigation, and resolution of security incidents in support of the department including missions, embassies and consulates. The team continuously monitors the organization's digital assets for suspicious activities, responds to breaches in real-time, and develops incident response protocols to minimize damage and recovery time.

DFATD has reinvested in its cyber security and is modernizing its security operations functions. Two resources are required to provide specialized, advanced technical expertise in preventing, detecting, analyzing and responding to cyber security exploitation and incidents
