| Notes | Work shall include the demolition of the existing roof structure and construction of a new roof and support structure and all incidental work shown in the Bid Documents. The Project shall be completed within one hundred fifty(150) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $450,000 to $500,000. |
