This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. The proposed contract action is for Durable/Home Medical Equipment/Accessories for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government.
