HIGHLAND PARK RUGBY FIELD: This project will be located in Highland Park at 25235 E 91st Pl S, Broken Arrow, OK 74014, and will consist of the construction of natural turf rugby/soccer fields and associated parking. The base bid for this project includes earthwork, erosion control, hydroseeding approximately 236,000 SF of a natural turf surface, and the 1,700 SY of gravel parking lot. Add Alternate #1 includes asphalt paving, striping, marking, ADA signage, and curb & gutter for the 1,700 SY parking lot; and installing the concrete sidewalk. Add Alternate #2 includes sodding the approximate 236,000 SF of natural turf surface instead of hydroseeding. There will be an optional pre bid meeting on October 15, 2024 from 2:00 PM. This meeting will be held virtually. The meeting links can be found here. BIDS WILL BE OPENED publicly at 2:00 p.m. on October 29, 2024.
