AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to post the responses to the questions received. No other changes have been made to this solicitation.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-G), located in Gulfport, MS, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Laundry Equipment and Appliance Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the solicitation terms and conditions and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This solicitation is in efforts to secure a Total Small Business Set Aside award under NAICS 811412 as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
The anticipated Period of Performance will include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4), 12-month option periods.
Please provide all discounts within the initial proposal.
Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on May 13, 2025, to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, referencing “RFQ 20342325Q00026 Laundry Equipment and Appliance Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services, Questions - J Miller/J Schofield” in the subject line.
