The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possesses the production data/modification data, expertise, capabilities, personnel, and experience to provide new modified large commercial derivative aircraft. The Executive Aircraft (EA) Division, in support of the VIP Transport Aircraft Procurement, is seeking information on how an interested contractor could enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure a fleet of modified small commercial derivative aircraft. Required aircraft may be delivered as modified commercial airline type aircraft to augment or replace the current United States Air Force C-37A/B aircraft.
Interested parties must submit and approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the individuals identified below with request for access.
