The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire as required by the solicitation. The response date for proposals from the solicitation remains unchanged and there are no changes to the solicitation.

The Government has a requirement for the replacement of the main vehicle access gate at the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel (LMDT) Water Treatment Plant located in Leadville, Colorado (Lake County) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated attachments.

Site Visit: April 9-10, 2025, refer to Section L.2. for scheduling
