Description:
Beaufort and Jasper County both have transportation sales tax referendums that will be voted on by their respective citizens in November 2024. In advance of these votes, the Counties seek proposals from firms qualified to provide program and financial management, project management, project planning, scoping and conceptual design, utility coordination, and preliminary right-of-way coordination for these proposed 2024 1% Transportation Sales and Use Tax.
