Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide floor cleaning services. At the time of the release of this RFP, eligible companies must have an established Headquarters or Main Office located within 50 miles of the Central Library (828 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814), offering the requested services.
The Library is accepting proposals for a three-year contract with the possibility of two addition one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Library. The anticipated initial term of the contract is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028, with possible extensions through December 31, 2030. These dates are subject to change.
