ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Park Rapids is interested in receiving proposals from architects that possess qualifications to provide full A/E design and construction services for a proposed remodel of Park Rapids City Hall Facility and expansion of current Municipal Liquor Store.
