Holly and Sweetgum Street Drainage Improvements

The City of Social Circle, Georgia, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Holly and Sweetgum Street Drainage Improvements. The City is located in southwest Walton County.

Bids should be submitted to Natalie Pifer via email to 861np@ppi.us, no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 11, 2025. Submit bids via email to Natalie Pifer (861np@ppi.us). Any bids received after said time and date will not be considered by the City of Social Circle. The list of Plan Holders shall receive the bid report. All bids will be evaluated by the City of Social Circle, and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 45 days of the bid opening.

Copies of documents and plans can be requested via email to Natalie Pifer, Precision Planning, Inc. at 861np@ppi.us. Questions regarding this request for bids should be emailed directly to Natalie Pifer, Precision Planning, Inc. at 861np@ppi.us no later than 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

The successful contractor must provide proof of workers compensation and liability insurance with the City of Social Circle named as additional insured. The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds at 100% of the total contract value. The City of Social Circle reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City.

A Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify must be submitted with each bid. This form must be notarized.

CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.
