Description
DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) intends to create a one-time firm fixed price contract. Inspection and acceptance will occur at FOB destination. The requirement will be awarded to the offeror who meets the Technically Acceptable specifications of this proposal. This requirement is for the procurement of one (1) Automatic Plastic Coil Punch and Bind Machine. The Automatic Plastic Coil Punch and Bind Machine must be capable of punching, aligning, spiraling, and crimping various sized and thickness books/materials. Purchase will include: - Delivery and installation of the equipment.- Maintenance and repair of the equipment.- Network functionality of the equipment.- Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipmentthroughout the duration of connectivity to the network.- Training on use and daily upkeep/operations of the equipment,- Documentation on material and supplies, and hardcopy/digital User Manuals will be provided.Period of Performance:- The contract will have a base year and up to 4 years of additional warranty.- The estimated period of performance is August 1, 2025 ? July 31, 2030.Base Period: 01 August 2025 - 31 July 2026Option Period 1: 01 August 2026 - 30 July 2027Option Period 2: 01 August 2027 - 30 July 2028Option Period 3: 01 August 2028 - 30 July 2029Option Period 4: 01 August 2029 - 30 July 2030
