****Amendment 0003 posted to include the questions and answers that were received from the offerors along with updates to Section L and Section M**** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years for White Sands Missile Range, NM.
