A. Project Title: Install Roadway Drainage Pipe for USDA, ARS Facility in Stuttgart, AR.

B. Competition is set aside for Small Businesses, Applicable NAICS code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.

C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000.
