Request for Proposals for Cabinet Installation and Repair Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals from a limited number of qualified and experienced contractors for cabinet installation and repair services on an as-needed basis. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this solicitation. The awarded contract will be for a duration of six (6) years and up to $150,000.
City utilizes Euna Procurement Bonfire for its electronic procurement system. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Proposals that are not received by the submission deadline will not be accepted. There will be no public opening of submissions.
