2026 Road Paving Program

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Hatfield Township will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for the following contract:
Paving and milling on various roads throughout Hatfield Township.
Bids are to be received by Hatfield Township via PennBid at any time until 10:00 AM on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened on PennBID.
Bid Qualification and Specifications are available at no cost on PennBid
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, a Cashier’s Check or a Bid Bond executed by a Corporate Surety approved to do business in the Commonwealth of PA by the Secretary of Insurance of the Commonwealth of PA, in the amount required by the bid and drawn to the order of Hatfield Township.
No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hatfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid in part, or in full and to waive any defects or informalities in the bidding procedures.
