Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Air Gas, LLC

AFFS/Government has determined that Air Gas, LLC is the source that can satisfy the agency requirement. The requirment is for compressed gas for Aircraft Maintenance.

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers or Services will satisfy Agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this is March 22, 2026 @ 11:00 AM CST.

This is a notice of intent to sole source not a request for competitive quote. No bids shall be considered or accepted.

However, interested parties may identify thier interest and capabilty to respond to this requirement on or before the due date.

AFFS/Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this intent. Only written responses will be considered via email: betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil by the end of March 22, 2026 @ 11:00AM CST.
