Synopsis - UTA Lodging 914 Niagara Falls 2025

The 914th Niagara Falls Air Refueling Wing (ARW) hereby gives notice of their intent to award multiple Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreements for UTA and special event overflow lodging to multiple small business establishments within a 25-mile radius of Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station located at 2720 Kirkbridge Drive Niagara Falls, NY 14304. These lodging establishments will have the ability to provide single and double room vacancies during UTA weekends, pass Government site inspections, and take Government Purchase Card as the form of payment. The period of performance for these agreements is five years. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 – Hotels (except Casino hotels) and Motels, size standard $40.0 million applies, with Service Code V231 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. This requirement is being solicited orally IAW FAR Part 13.

This notice of intent to award Blank Purchase Agreements is not a request for quotations. There will be no written solicitation available for competitive quotes from this announcement.
