Solicitation Description:

Central Health acknowledges that the enterprise requires a solution to support enterprise-level

employee surveying around topics of engagement, wellness, and workplace culture. Identify,

evaluate, and implement a tool to support enterprise HR strategic objective for employee

engagement and workplace culture data collection. The purpose of the request is to evaluate

proposals for a comprehensive tool to support the initiative to build a comprehensive employee

surveying program that supports enterprise objectives for employee engagement.
