Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Wellness and Recovery Program Services. Please refer to RFP #26-536 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Due Date: Monday, March 31, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST.
