The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Health Contracting Division - Northeast Branch intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base year period of performance from 16 November 2026 through 15 November 2027 plus four 1-year option periods for a total contract period from 16 November 2026 through 15 November 2031. The contract seeks Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired Service and Certification at the Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, NY.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HT001427QE004 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The Government will not be responsible for any failure of transmission or receipt of the quote, or any failure of the quoter to verify receipt of the emailed quote.
