While turnkey options are preferred for their convenience, contracts may be awarded to multiple vendors with the qualifications to provide the specialized services necessary for the event. Contracts will be awarded to the vendor(s) demonstrating the ability to deliver the most valuable and effective solution, taking into account all aspects of the event.
Proposals should include detailed information on venue capacity, technological capabilities, accessibility, accommodation options, and any additional services that will support a successful and seamless event. Respondent must demonstrate experience in hosting large-scale conferences and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for all attendees.
