This project will be administered by the VDOT Lynchburg District Construction office. The project-specific agreement will consist of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to supplement VDOT staff during the final plans and construction phases of the project. This is a design-bid-build project administered by the VDOT Lynchburg District Construction Office.
