HA5005230 - MD 543 (Fountain Green Road) at MD 136 (Calvary Road) Intersection Improvements

This project, located in Harford County, is for the reconstruction of the intersection of MD 136 and MD 543. MD 543 (S Fountain Green Road / Creswell Road) and MD 136 (Calvary Road) intersect in Creswell, Maryland approximately two miles northwest of Interstate 95 (John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway) in Harford County. MD 543 generally runs northwest – southeast between Belcamp, MD and northern Bel Air, MD. MD 136 runs generally north-south between Abingdon, MD and Churchville, MD.

The work will consist of the following:

(a) Roadway Grinding and Resurfacing
(b) Roadway Widening
(c) Raised Slip Ramp Medians
(d) Curb/Gutter
(e) Drainage Improvements, including SWM
(f) Signing, Pavement Markings and Signals
(h) Bike/ADA Compatibility
(i) Utility Relocations
(j) Right of Way Acquisitions, Easements and Entry Agreements
