St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Lodge Rehabilitation Project

Project Description: It is the intent of Uintah County, Utah (“County”) to solicit information from qualified industry professionals regarding potential costs and approaches for rehabilitation work at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and the Lodge, located at 226 W. Main Street, Vernal, Utah 84078.
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for planning purposes and to assist the County in assessing potential project costs and budget considerations. This RFI is not a solicitation for bids or proposals, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this request.
The County may use information received in response to this RFI to refine the project scope, develop budget estimates, and determine whether to issue a future Request for Proposals (RFP) or other procurement document for the project.
To receive consideration and responses to this RFI, the County must receive the proposal no later than 5:00 PM on February 20, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted by one of the following methods:
