Project Description: The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to 03/02/2026.
Salt Lake County seeks to: Procure items that are a continuation of a competitively bid contract that had been awarded for the construction of the Eccles Black Box Theater. The current request is a standardization request to provide a bleacher chair addition to the Eccles Black Box Theater. This addition is to include Gallery 3 Chairs by Hussey Seatway, labor, and parts necessary to complete the project.
