Description

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing twelve (12) sets of solar powered crosswalk lights, including all necessary components, hardware, and professional installation services. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the availability of capable and experienced contractors that can provide a turnkey solution including both product and installation services. Responses will assist in developing a future solicitation and determining appropriate procurement strategies. This notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. Please submit responses by June 25, 2025 - 1pm EST
