UDOT RFSQ/AVL- Durable Pavement Markings- Stage 1- Qualification/Re-Qualification

Project Description: The Utah Department of Transportation, Procurement Services has issued this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) to result in an Approved Vendor List (AVL) of qualified firms to provide INSTALLATION, REFRESHING, AND REMOVAL OF DURABLE PAVEMENT MARKINGS on UDOT’s interstates and highways.
Suppliers approved during this process will be deemed as being qualified to perform the solicited services for a period of 12 months, after which time an approved vendor MUST resubmit qualifications for evaluation and renewal. At the end of the 12 month period, this open-ended approved vendor list will reopen to allow for the required requalification of existing vendors, as well as to allow additional vendors to submit their qualification responses. The RFSQ can be reopened for any reason the State deems appropriate.
The State retains the right to reopen the solicitation to allow additional vendors to submit responses at any time, but no longer than every 12 months, during the term of this open-ended approved vendor list. The RFSQ can be reopened for any reason the State deems appropriate.
NOTE:
This solicitation is for Stage 1- Qualification/Re-qualification. Pricing will be requested in a subsequent stage.
Contract Award:
It is anticipated that this solicitation may result in MULTIPLE AVL CONTRACT Awards.
Length of Contract:
Existing AVL List expires 06/30/2028. Qualifications must be submitted annually.
