Project Description: Installation of a cast in place reinforced concrete floodwall to provide freeboard up to elevation 4238 feet with a finished grade providing 3 feet of cover. Includes the installation of a new swing gate access. This alteration to the Surplus Canal left levee for the floodwall between 2100 South and SR-201 has received 408 permission by the USACE and will provide the necessary levee freeboard at this location.
