The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description: Project includes pressure grouting to fill voids between supporting soil & existing concrete bleachers; replace aluminum brackets that support the bleachers and anchor to the concrete; remove & replace delaminated and crumbling concrete of bleachers.; remove existing coating on concrete bleachers & replace with polyurethane traffic bearing membrane; install new sidewalk and stairs; remove and replace concrete flat work, typically sidewalk.
Construction Cost Estimate: $519,867.00
