ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP - SWEP SPECIAL PROGRAM 2026

The CITY OF EAST ORANGE is soliciting proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(k), et seq. for SWEP SPECIAL PROGRAM 2026 to high school students of the City of East Orange.
Proposals will be received by the City of East Orange electronically through the City’s OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/eastorange-nj/projects/235555 . Proposals are due before 11:00 am on April 21, 2026.
Proposals shall be submitted via the City's electronic procurement portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/eastorange-nj/projects/235555 . Any proposal received after 11:00 A.M. shall not be accepted. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the E-Procurement portal.
