Overview

Summary

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is soliciting bids for the conversion of a former utility workroom at Riverside School, 14601 Montrose Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111, into a student learning kitchen. Work includes casework installation, washer/dryer hookups, sink and stove installation, ceiling tile replacement, and all associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing necessary to create a fully functional instructional kitchen.

Background

Construction is scheduled to occur over summer break between June 1st and August 1st, with a Certificate of Occupancy required no later than August 7th.
