Separate sealed bids for the renovation of the Washington District Elementary School. This project is an addition and renovation to the existing Washington District Elementary School located at 454 Oak Grove Rd, Colonial Beach, VA. The approximately, 1,000 sq ft addition is comprised of a new main office space, and a new safe and secure vestibule. The approximately, 2,500 sq ft renovation includes the existing administration suite and the front entry common space. The purpose of this project is to enhance safety and security and provide the faculty and staff with functional and versatile working space. The Bids will be received by the Westmoreland County School Board at the office of the School Board â 141 Opal Lane, Montross, VA 22520 until _2:00 p.m._, (local time) on December 15th, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
