Project Description: This contract consists of a base bid and two alternate bids involving site preparation work for the proposed Parking Lot Grading & Drainage Improvements. The Scope consists of Demolition, Over-Excavation and Replacement of Sub-Grade Soils (including import & export of materials), Stormwater Pipe & Underdrain Installation, Storm Structure Installation, Site Grading (including ADA Accessible Routes), Asphalt Paving, Concrete Sidewalk Installation, Parking Lot Striping to Delineate Parking Spaces, Lighting, and Final Site Restoration.
