Project Description: This contract consists of a base bid and two alternate bids involving site preparation work for the proposed Parking Lot Grading & Drainage Improvements. The Scope consists of Demolition, Over-Excavation and Replacement of Sub-Grade Soils (including import & export of materials), Stormwater Pipe & Underdrain Installation, Storm Structure Installation, Site Grading (including ADA Accessible Routes), Asphalt Paving, Concrete Sidewalk Installation, Parking Lot Striping to Delineate Parking Spaces, Lighting, and Final Site Restoration. The items and work associated with this bid are more fully defined in Sec 01 22 00 Measurement and Payment.
