Project Description: The project involves general renovations and upgrades to existing mechanical equipment. Contractor is responsible for replacement of four (4) existing indoor air-handling units with four (4) new air-handling units with added cooling. This project will also include the replacement of four (4) primary heating pumps, six (6) VAV boxes, and one (1) unit heater. Adjustments to heating and ventilation systems should also be considered to support these upgrades.
