The Town of Surfside Beach seeks qualified bidders for construction of a new, single story Town Council and Courtroom building of approximately 6,000 square feet, subject to the plans and specifications in the bid documents. There is a pre-bid conference on 6/23/2026 at 1:00 PM on site. The deadline for questions to the architect will be 7/23/2026 at 5:00 PM, which will be published as an addenda on the town website.
