This solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Archtitect and Engineering Service's at Federal Prison Industries (FPI)(UNICOR) 400 First Street NW Washington, DC 20534. FPI currently has three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight/service elevator. FPI is seeking an Architectural and Engineering firm to complete the modernization of all four elevators.
