Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Number CORHQ-25-Q-0258: GlobalScape Software Maintenance

The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section B, Pricing Schedule and extend the due date for quotations.

As a result of this amendment, the following has occurred:

Section B, Pricing Schedule is hereby amended and replaced in solicitation number CORHQ-25-Q-0258 (see attached).

The due date for quotations has been extended through 6:00 p.m. September 2, 2025. Questions due no later than Friday, August 29, 2025 at 12:00pm.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Attached is Solicitation Number CORHQ-25-Q-0258: GlobalScape Software Maintenance

Please complete and submit the following information:

Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact. PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED EXCEL DOC SECTION B PRICE SCHEDULE AND COMPLETE ALL TABS.

Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements for Government Customers.

(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.

(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.

(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT.

Pre- Award Supply Chain Risk Management Form (if applicable)

All requested information shall be submitted to Christina V. Brooks via email at chrbrooks@fdic.gov, referencing the solicitation number and including the name of your company and address.

The proposal due date under this RFQ is AUGUST 22, 2025, by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by AUGUST 4, 2025 12:00p.m via email to CHRISTINA V. BROOKS at CHRBROOKS@fdic.gov.
