Saybrook Point Landscape Architecture
The Town of Old Saybrook (the “Town”) invites proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary teams (the “Consultant”) to develop a master plan for a new waterfront park in Old Saybrook, CT for public use and enjoyment. The 2.2-acre parcel affords spectacular views of the Connecticut River and its surroundings and provides a rare opportunity to create a year-round passive-use park adjacent to three other town-owned properties for residents and visitors alike.
