Caretaking Services - Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park

The Province is requesting the submission of Proposals for caretaking services for the following buildings/receptacles at the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park:
1. Daylodge
2. Biathlon Building
3. Waxroom Building
4. Biathlon Teamroom
5. Cross Country Teamroom
6. Maintenance Shop
7. Snow/Trails Shop
8. Venue Waste/Recycling Containers

The caretaking services consist of the provision of comprehensive janitorial and caretaking services for the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park's buildings, including all labour, cleaning supplies, equipment, and washroom consumables, while maintaining facility cleanliness and operations with minimal disruption to users and events. The contract also includes providing additional day porter services during approximately 10 to 15 annual sporting events, with flexibility.

Proposals must be submitted electronically, via email, in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format by the RFP Closing Date and Time to the following email address: canmore.nordiccentre@gov.ab.ca. The email subject line should indicate that it is a Proposal and include the RFP number and title.

Questions or concerns must be communicated in writing to the Inquiries Contact identified above at least three (3) Business Days prior to the RFP’s Closing Date and Time. Questions received after this time will be answered if, in the opinion of the Province, time permits.

A Proponent information session has been scheduled to provide an opportunity for questions or clarification regarding this RFP’s requirements.
