REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES FOR
THE EAGLE COUNTY AIR TERMINAL CORPORATION AND THE EAGLE
COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT
Eagle, Colorado October 5th, 2026
The Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation ("ECAT") and Eagle County,
Colorado are soliciting proposals and experience from general contractors for on-
call general contracting services for ECAT and County owned facilities at the
Eagle County Regional Airport. Services to be provided may include, but are not
limited to, the following: miscellaneous building repairs, small building
interior/exterior remodels, roadway or aircraft pavement repair, and infrastructure
emergency repair assistance for the Eagle County Regional Airport. This
Request for Proposals ("RFP") will be non-exclusive. ECAT and the County
reserve the right to purchase supplies or services from other third parties.
Proposals must be emailed to Wallace Oliveira at
wallace.oliveira@eaglecounty.us and Nicole Mosby at
nicole.mosby@eaglecounty.us no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October
26th 2026. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will
be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as
determined by ECAT and the County in their sole discretion. ECAT and the
County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of
1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notify all bidders
or offerors that they will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into
pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be
discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including
limited English proficiency), creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an
award.
