5. Vendors must submit a quote utilizing the Excel Quote worksheet (see Attachment 1) as an attachment through the eBuy system.


6. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.


7. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.
