Solicitation Summary
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in Section 2. The contractor will aid in the placement of substrate for the construction of a reef base towards the enhancement of oyster reefs in Hooper Strait Oyster Sanctuary within Maryland's portion of the Chesapeake Bay. The contractor will provide coordination, management, administration, vessels, equipment, supplies, and personnel to conduct a pre and post construction bathymetry survey, purchasing of substrate, substrate deployment for reef construction, program support, administrative services, and financial reporting.
